Mrs. Sophie BILARDELLO is a professionally certified permanent make-up artist who began practicing permanent make-up in 1993 at a plastic surgery clinic in France . In collaboration with one of the clinic's surgeons, Mrs. Bilardello founded the Medicine and Plastic Surgery Mediterranean Society (SMMCE) where she shared her knowledge and taught her expertise to beauticians and aesthetic practitioners. In 2001, Mrs. Bilardello created the Permanent Make-Up Institute at Nice in the south of France . Mrs. Bilardello has applied permanent make-up to more than 4,000 clients ranging in age from 16 to 93. Mrs. Bilardello takes great pride in her ability to adapt her art to every face and every age.
